With over 30 years’ experience in policing, including senior roles in operational planning, counter-terrorism and incident command, I have seen first-hand the importance of clear leadership, structured risk management, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Transitioning from public service into consultancy, I brought that same approach to supporting businesses. Combined with professional qualifications including DipNEBOSH and CertIOSH, the focus is on helping organisations build practical systems that genuinely improve safety and compliance.
