Creating a respectful workplace is everyone’s responsibility.
This short RIFS Ltd training course provides employees with an understanding of bullying, harassment and unacceptable behaviour at work.
The course explains how to recognise bullying and harassment, when workplace banter can cross the line, sexual harassment, inappropriate online behaviour and harassment involving clients, contractors or other third parties.
You will also learn what to do if you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour and how concerns can be reported within RIFS Ltd.
By the end of this course you should be able to:
• Recognise bullying and harassment.
• Identify examples of unacceptable workplace behaviour.
• Understand when workplace banter may become inappropriate.
• Recognise sexual harassment.
• Understand that workplace standards also apply to messages, social media and work-related events.
• Know how to report a concern.
• Understand RIFS Ltd’s approach to victimisation and speaking up.The course concludes with a short knowledge check.
