    Creating a respectful workplace is everyone’s responsibility.

    This short RIFS Ltd training course provides employees with an understanding of bullying, harassment and unacceptable behaviour at work.

    The course explains how to recognise bullying and harassment, when workplace banter can cross the line, sexual harassment, inappropriate online behaviour and harassment involving clients, contractors or other third parties.

    You will also learn what to do if you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour and how concerns can be reported within RIFS Ltd.

    By the end of this course you should be able to:

    Recognising Bullying & Harassment
    This topic explains what bullying and harassment can look like in the workplace. You will explore examples of unacceptable behaviour, understand how a single incident can sometimes be serious enough to constitute harassment, and consider when workplace jokes or “banter” can cross the line.

    Sexual Harassment & Inappropriate Behaviour
